We're looking for a Data & Revenue Operations Manager to join us on our mission

As the VP Data, AI & Revenue Operations at Teamleader, you will be instrumental in transforming our organization into an AI-driven company. This strategic leadership role encompasses overseeing our Data & Analytics and Revenue Operations teams, while also spearheading the development and implementation of AI strategies across our multi-product SaaS environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation across all departments.

    • Lead the integration of AI into operational processes to gather new insights, enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Data & Analytics Oversight:

    • Oversee the data architecture and analytics frameworks to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and actionable insights.

    • Promote a data-driven culture by enhancing data literacy and utilization across the organization.

  • Revenue Operations Management:

    • Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to streamline the lead-to-revenue funnel.

    • Optimize our revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Planhat, Zendesk) and data systems (e.g., Looker, Snowflake, ETL tools) for maximum efficiency and integration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives.

    • Lead cross-functional projects that leverage AI and data analytics to drive growth and operational excellence.

  • Team Development:

    • Build and mentor high-performing teams in Data, AI, and RevOps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or a similar role, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.

  • Possess a strong track record of developing and implementing AI strategies within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Are proficient in managing complex revenue tech stacks and data systems, ensuring seamless integration and cost-effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and see initiatives through to completion.

  • Have a knack for aligning operations with company goals across multiple products and go-to-market strategies.

  • Are experienced in managing change and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating business goals into technical requirements and vice versa.
