Who are we and why should you care?

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium and since 2022, part of the Visma Group. Our goal is to automate and simplify work for small and medium European businesses. With Teamleader Focus, we simplify work for small businesses by offering an all-in-one solution for CRM, project management and invoicing. Teamleader Orbit, acquired in 2019, focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. In 2022, we acquired Vectera, which provided our Customer Meeting add-on. We're looking for an Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join us on our mission

As a TA & EX Specialist at Teamleader:

  • You’ll be part of our HR team, a strong team with one vision: make Teamleader the best place to work by hiring the perfect colleagues!

  • You'll have the awesome (and big!) responsibility to strengthen and build our teams across all departments and countries. The cool thing about working across departments is that you’re in close contact with almost everyone within the organization.

  • You’ll work closely with hiring managers to find and hire only the best.

  • Ideally, you know how to do this: depending on the vacancy - you’ll work out a strategy from writing creative job adverts to headhunting, you manage our ATS, follow up on interviews, negotiate with candidates,... you know the drill!

  • Conceptualize and Implement EX Activities: Develop and execute employee experience activities based on our EX roadmap, collaborating closely with the office team.

  • You work on HR projects that are linked to our strategic programs:
    • Attract & Onboard

    • Grow & Develop

    • Engage & Care

    • Reward & Recognize

    • Offboard & Re-engage

  • But more importantly, you radiate the Teamleader values: be surprising, speak the same language, be a lobster, choose positivity, and make it happen.

Feeling excited when you’re reading all of the above? Then get in touch with us!

  • An extensive training budget

  • A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.

  • A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.
