We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join us on our mission
As a Senior Accountant at Teamleader:
You are responsible for the accounting and compliance of the Teamleader Group (5 entities). This will include monthly fast-closing, year-end closing and preparation for annual audit activity. Next to the bookkeeping, you will work very closely with our external accountants and tax consultants in order to be compliant with local tax and accounting standards.
You will work together with the Controller and Head of Finance during our monthly reporting process, in order to generate a full analytical P&L and consolidated balance sheet. This process starts with incoming invoices, revenue allocation, monthly salary and closing bookings and ends with the monthly reporting deck which provides insights in the performance of the company to the Management and the Board.
Next to the recurring closing cycles, there are several projects (e.g. automatic booking and approval of invoices) related to the fast growth environment that need your attention, in collaboration with the controller.
You have a critical mindset and actively build a relationship with different stakeholders in the organisation. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including two other accountants and a controller. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and work closely with the Payroll department.

On top of that, you’ll get:
An extensive training budget
A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working. Find out more here.

Competitive and market-conform salary with compensations and benefits, including mobility options.
32 holidays on top of the standard public ones! (based on full-time employment)
We value diversity
Our ambition is to build and sell a product that helps everyone everywhere (starting with Europe) to work smarter, so we want our team to reflect that. We believe that a diverse, inclusive working environment is crucial to realise that ambition, so we’re committed to continue to build and cherish a culture where every colleague feels welcome, appreciated and heard.
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accountancy firm or a similar role.
Have experience with analytical bookkeeping and understand the dynamics of fast close.
Are an independent worker: you take initiative and manage the bookkeeping A-Z autonomously.
Are tech-savvy with an understanding of financial software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Have a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Thrive in a challenging and flexible environment with a variety of tasks on your plate.
Are a well-organized person with great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
