This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for someone with deep analytics expertise, who can independently lead projects, influence strategy, and raise the technical bar within the team.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver impactful analyses, streamline recurring reporting, and help scale our analytics and AI capabilities. You’ll also be a key collaborator to the VP of RevOps and the Data Architect, helping to improve how we manage, use, and scale data in the business.

Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting layers using Looker to ensure trusted, consistent insights across teams
Define KPIs and data quality standards in collaboration with stakeholders, driving alignment across business units

Drive structured experimentation (e.g. A/B tests) and partner with stakeholders to evaluate key initiatives
Support applied AI efforts by designing high-quality datasets, automating insight generation, and exploring AI-enhanced analytics workflows
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data literacy, streamline recurring analyses, and embed analytics into decision-making
Collaborate closely with our Data Architect on improving data infrastructure and Looker modeling layer

You’ll have plenty of room to apply your personality, express yourself, and impact our course of action with your insights or ideas.
On top of that, you’ll get:
An extensive training budget.
A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.
A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.
Daily budget-friendly in-house prepared lunch and dinner options (only in our Ghent office), as well as Friyays and numerous sport initiatives!
