Level: Medior level
Language: Dutch (hard requirement) and comfortable in English.
Location: Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid working model (minimum 3 days per week working at our office in Ghent)

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join us on our mission
As a Sales Executive at Teamleader, you will help us grow our customer base among larger SMEs (6 to 50 employees) in Belgium and the Netherlands.
In this role, you manage the full sales cycle from the first conversation to closing the deal. You’ll work with both warm inbound leads and outbound opportunities created through our external outbound partner, who schedules meetings based on targeted lists we provide. You also spot new opportunities where you see a good fit.
Follow up on inbound leads. You identify their needs, qualify the opportunity and guide them through the buying process.
Take ownership of meetings booked by our outbound partner and follow up with tailored communication and next steps.
Proactively identify opportunities where Teamleader could be a strong fit.
Manage deals from A to Z, keeping momentum in every stage of the sales process, tailoring the conversation to your prospect’s needs and challenges.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to build strong, lasting customer relationships.

Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Have 3+ years of previous successful B2B SaaS software sales.
Have a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Have medium to large market experience.
Have understanding and experience with agencies is a big asset.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Are self-driven, motivated and results-oriented with new business sales or “hunter” mentality.
Diligently follow through, no lead left behind.
Feel as equally comfortable working remotely with customers as you are with being on site.
Are passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed.
Have a native level of Dutch and a proficient level of English.
