We're looking for a Data & Revenue Operations Lead to join us on our mission

As a Data & Revenue Operations Lead at Teamleader, you’ll take the lead in shaping how we drive growth and efficiency. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our revenue operations, blending strategy, innovation, and leadership to make a real impact. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and grow a talented team (4 data analysts and 2 RevOps specialists), offering mentorship, career guidance, and performance support to help them shine.
  • Drive the adoption of AI initiatives that boost efficiency and revenue—your ideas could shape the future of how we work!
  • Take charge with the team of our revenue tech stack (Hubspot, Planhat, Zendesk, etc) and data systems (Looker, Snowflake and ETL tools), making sure everything runs smoothly, integrates perfectly, and stays cost-effective.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where strategies shift, priorities evolve, and adaptability is key to success.
  • Collaborate across teams to roll out projects that streamline operations, improve reporting and drive growth across our 5 products and various go-to-market approaches.
  • Set the gold standard for data quality and governance to enable business stakeholders to make smarter decisions

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or a similar role, including at least 1 year leading a team.
  • Are a HubSpot pro—know the ins and outs of the tool like the back of your hand. Managing 5 products in 1 CRM doesn’t scare you.
  • Have hands-on experience (or a big passion) for rolling out AI solutions to help revenue teams level up.
  • Have a proven history of optimizing RevOps processes and tools to deliver real impact.
  • Experience with digging into data and have a solid understanding of data systems
  • Have project management skills—you’re great at juggling priorities and seeing initiatives through.
  • Have a knack for aligning operations with company goals across multiple products and go-to-market strategies.
  • Are experienced in managing change and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You can translate business goals into technical requirements and vice versa.
