About Dexxter
Dexxter is one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Belgium when it comes to social media and Google visibility. In just three years, we’ve convinced over 12,000 entrepreneurs to take control of their own bookkeeping—turning them into satisfied, long-term users.
Now, as part of our next growth phase, we’re scaling up our performance marketing budgets even further. To strengthen our lean but ambitious marketing team, we’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer.
We're looking for a Performance Marketeer to join us on our mission
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms — with a strong focus on SEA & the Google network (YouTube, Display).
Continuously analyze campaign performance, drawing data-driven insights to increase ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience on our website with the goal of boosting conversion rates.
Run A/B tests to evaluate and optimize key campaign elements.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages
Why join Dexxter (and Teamleader)?
At Dexxter, we combine the energy and flexibility of a start-up with the expertise and structure of a scale-up. You’ll be working in a fast-paced tech environment with an open feedback culture, room for initiative, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
On top of that, you’ll get:
An extensive training budget
A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.
A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.
Daily budget-friendly in-house prepared lunch and dinner options, as well as Friyays and numerous sport initiatives!
32 holidays on top of the standard public ones! (based on full-time employment)
Our long-lasting dedication to employee well-being, just take a look at our career page and Instagram to see how we keep the Team(leader) spirit going.
We value diversity
Our ambition is to build and sell a product that helps everyone everywhere (starting with Europe) to work smarter, so we want our team to reflect that. We believe that a diverse, inclusive working environment is crucial to realise that ambition, so we’re committed to continue to build and cherish a culture where every colleague feels welcome, appreciated and heard.
