We Are Looking for a People Coordinator to Join us

As a People Coordinator at Teamleader, you'll be the operational heartbeat that keeps our People team running smoothly. Here's what you'll focus on:

Systems & Data Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records in Bamboo and Lattice

  • Process day-to-day organizational changes and ensure data alignment with payroll

  • Generate reports as needed

  • Support performance review cycles through administrative coordination

Learning & Development Success

  • Coordinate logistics for growth and leadership programs

  • Schedule sessions and manage participant invitations

  • Liaise with external training partners

  • Serve as central point for training requests

  • Maintain training database

  • Track progress on legal reporting requirements in terms of training

  • Ensure smooth administrative execution of all L&D activities

People Process Support

  • Keep People handbook updated on internal knowledge base

  • Handle offboarding administration

  • Compile data of engagement survey, performance reviews etc into clear reports

  • Provide operational support for calibration sessions

  • Assist with people projects (e.g., salary transparency) by handling operational elements

  • Contribute to and update the People calendar (including birthdays, work anniversaries, and other team milestones)

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a people related role. Experience with HR systems (Bamboo and Lattice preferred) and understanding of SaaS company operations will be an advantage!

  • Are super organized: You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple competing deadlines like a pro.

  • Are a people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and collaborate with teams.

  • Are tech-savvy: You enjoy working with data, creating reports, and learning new systems quickly.

  • Are results-oriented: You're self-directed but know when to escalate. You enjoy creating efficient processes and solving operational challenges.

  • Are passionate about growth: You're energized by coordinating programs and helping people develop. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and can handle confidential information with discretion.
