We Are Looking for a Payroll Officer to Join us

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our People team. At Teamleader, we believe that smooth processes make room for people to thrive. As a Payroll Officer at Teamleader, you:

• Take responsibility for the Belgian payroll and the correct application of the social legislation while doing so

• Support in shaping the payroll processes and make sure everything is well-documented on our internal platform 

• Are responsible for employee administration regarding sick leave, parent leave, family changes etc 

• Are responsible for fleet planning and administration and implementing changes in the payroll

• Take care of the payroll onboarding for our starters, and help make them feel welcome

• Ensure the correct follow-up of benefits, monitor flows and changes, and implement adjustments in payroll calculations (for example phone subscriptions, hospitalisation insurance, cafeteria plan … )

• Process questions from colleagues, you answer their questions about salary calculations, policies, and benefits

• Support HR and finance with information, reports and analysis

• Will manage different stakeholders

• At least have a first work experience in payroll

• Are very good at setting priorities and distinguishing main and secondary issues

• Speak Dutch (native/ bilingual) and English (full working proficiency)
