We Are Looking for a Recruiter to Join us

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our People team. The role involves full-cycle recruiting as well as enhancing our company's employer brand and culture. As a Recruiter at Teamleader, your responsibilities are:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with other teams while working independently to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Work with managers to understand hiring needs and develop talent acquisition plans, taking ownership of the process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, leveraging your own initiative and creativity.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have recruitment experience, ideally within SaaS/ tech company

  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization

  • Are fluent in English and Dutch (a must!)

  • Can work at our office in Ghent

  • Love and embrace our company values

  • Have strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Are able to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage projects from conception to completion.

  • Have a high affinity to cloud-based software with proficiency in HR software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
