Scope: Drive growth by leading a team of digital marketing specialists, optimising multi-channel paid acquisition strategies, and maximising conversion through data-driven budget management and optimisation efforts

We're looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing to join us on our mission
As a Manager - Performance Marketing at Teamleader, you’ll:
Lead and develop a team of digital marketing specialists (Freelance SEO Expert, Paid Search Manager, Paid Social Media Manager, and Conversion Expert)
Drive growth through paid channels by developing and executing multi-channel acquisition strategies across SEA, SEO, paid social, programmatic and affiliate marketing, with focus on attracting high-intent traffic that converts to paying customers
Own the end-to-end conversion optimization strategy for both landing pages/website and paid campaigns to maximize conversion of qualified traffic
Work with the team to manage and optimize channel budget allocation, reaching MQL goals while being budget efficient and keeping CAC under control
Build strong collaboration with Data and RevOps, marketing teams, and sales to ensure alignment on target audiences and conversion goals

Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 year of team leadership experience
Demonstrate proven success in managing multi-channel paid acquisition strategies with strong track record of achieving KPI targets (MQLs, CAC, CPA, ROAS)
Are highly analytical with experience in conversion optimization, user testing and A/B testing methodologies
Have strong budget management capabilities and experience optimizing spend across channels
Are highly strategic yet hands-on, comfortable with both developing strategy and executing tactical initiatives
Experience in an agency, B2B SaaS or as an entrepreneur is a plus
Experience with ABM, inbound and outbound go-to-market motions is a plus
Fluent in English. Dutch or German is a big plus
