We're looking for a Go-To-Market Manager to join us on our mission
As a Go-To-Market Manager at Teamleader, you’ll:
Lead and develop a team of 2 product marketers and a website copywriter
Shape compelling brand and product narratives that resonate with our target audiences, differentiating our solutions in the market and driving demand across our 5 products
Orchestrate successful product launches by aligning cross-functional teams, crafting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring flawless execution across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Drive strategic GTM initiatives (including market potential & maturity, pricing and packaging, segmentation, targeting and positioning, brand architecture, etc) that span multiple products and growth stages, balancing resources and priorities to maximize business impact.
Build strong partnerships with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our marketing strategies align with product development and revenue goals.
Own our website messaging strategy and ensure it effectively communicates our value proposition across all products and segments.

Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:
Have 7+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 1 year of team leadership experience.
Demonstrate proven success owning strategic marketing fundamentals (segmentation, positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging), preferably in a multi-product environment
Are an inspiring communicator who can not only craft compelling messaging & product narratives, but can also translate this to stakeholders, motivating teams and building enthusiasm for new initiatives across the organization
Have strong analytical capabilities
Show excellent stakeholder and project management skills across multi-functional team
Are highly strategic yet hands-on, with experience in both developing high-level strategy and executing tactical initiatives.
Experience in an agency, B2B SaaS or as an entrepreneur is a plus
Experience with ABM, inbound and outbound go-to-market motions is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
