We're looking for a Digital Marketeer to join us on our mission

As a Junior Digital Marketeer at Teamleader, you:

  • Receive briefings for email marketing campaigns and implement those in Hubspot. You do all the necessary checks to make sure these emails are flawless and being sent to the right audience.

  • Keep an eye on our email marketing health: are our opening, click and spam rates ok? Are we not sending too many emails in a day? You work closely together with our Marketing Ops who is in charge of our broader email marketing strategy.

  • Support our Paid Media Manager in setting up paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads.

  • Are in charge of our organic social media (LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok and Youtube) : you make sure there is an organic social media planning and that posts get scheduled and posted in time.

  • Manage our affiliate marketing partners (Boekhoudertotaal.nl, appwiki, OMR): you make sure our profiles on these websites are on point and that we get as much leads as possible from these parties

  • Publish landing pages in our CMS-system. You receive briefings and are able to think along, knowing the possibilities in the system.

  • Work closely with the team on new initiatives (eg. mobile app promotion, Tiktok promotion, …)

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have a degree in Marketing or at least 1 year work experience in a similar role.

  • Are fluent in Dutch (hard requirement) and English

  • Are eager to grow, wants to learn, and not afraid of doing something new

  • Are proactive and take the initiative to see opportunities

  • Are a quick learner and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Hubspot, Craft CMS, LinkedIn Meta, etc.)

  • Are assertive and a problem solver
