We are looking for an intern to support our Growth Marketing Team. This team is one of the four teams that make up our marketing department, and it’s the team that is responsible for the distribution of our content to the local markets, be it through digital or offline marketing techniques to generate leads for sales. Besides the content distribution, the Growth Team is also responsible for our events (own events + partnerships). Next to the growth team, there are the website team, brand studio, and go-to-market team.

Your tasks? 

You will work for an innovative software company and join a team that brings the latest trends in B2B Marketing into action. You will truly get to make an impact and ship things. No sitting on the sidelines here, where you will get a real taste of the job and be responsible for publishing things with the necessary support.
You will report directly to our Event Manager and some of your tasks are:

  • Help our Event Manager execute project roadmaps
    • Support in the preparations and organisation of our 2 main company events Work Smarter Belgium & Work Smarter Netherlands.
    • Support with the preparations and organisation of our 2 internal events, the winter and summer fold-up, where we bring together the whole company. 
    • Support with the preparations and follow-up of our cycling partnership & events.Support in the preparation and organisation of smaller events (e.g. local events with booth, events hosted in our auditorium, …
  • Help execute the action plan of the Work Smarter event, including:
    • Follow up on partner deals and ensure all the necessary assets are delivered on time
    • Follow up on partner/supplier quotations, make sure that everything is within the reserved budget
    • Look at what our competitors are doing and how we can use that to our advantage
  • Create briefings for colleagues, suppliers, partners,... and follow up on them.

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You have a strong affinity with B2B Saas. 
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English, both mandatory
  • You're in your final year of studies (Bachelor or higher in Marketing or Business)
  • You are a strong communicator, analytical and a team player.
  • You have a commercial mindset and organizational skills.
  • You are good at juggling multiple tasks at once.
