We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join us on our mission

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help shape Teamleader One!

As the main technical force behind Teamleader One, our brand-new software for self-employed professionals, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the product. You’ll work independently, implementing new features that delight our customers, but you won’t be alone—you’ll report to the Teamleader Orbit CTO, who built the tool, and have the support of other Teamleader engineers.

We’re a small, dynamic team that values ownership and initiative. You should be comfortable working independently, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus), and able to work from our Ghent office at least once a week.

As a Senior Full stack developer at Teamleader you will:

• Take technical ownership of Teamleader One, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Implement new features and enhance existing functionality based on customer needs and business priorities in close collaboration with the product manager

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other engineers to build a seamless user experience.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to shape new impactful solutions.

• Ensure best practices in software development, including testing and documentation.

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer

• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and experience with building scalable applications.

• Interest in learning Flutter, with guidance and support from Teamleader Focus front-end developers.

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a product.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Can work from our Ghent office at least once a week.
