Senior Full-stack Engineer @ Dexxter

Dexxter builds accounting software for freelancers and small businesses. Today, we help more than 18,000 users manage their bookkeeping, and every month thousands of new trials are added.

We are a small engineering team (4 engineers + CTO) with a clear focus: building product features that are truly used, in a domain where correctness matters.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer who wants to take ownership of product development and help think about how we can sustainably grow our system.

What will you do?

At Dexxter, you work end-to-end on product features: from idea to production.

Concretely:

• Independently design and deliver features (frontend → backend → infrastructure)

• Analyze problems when things don’t go as expected

• Contribute ideas to improve architecture, reliability, and developer experience

• Take ownership of the product

• Actively give and receive feedback within the team

What you build has an immediate impact on thousands of entrepreneurs. That requires speed, but also care, since we work with accounting data.

You’ll work full-stack in a serverless AWS environment:

• AWS Lambda

• SQS / SNS

Source control:

You’ll have ownership over frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You don’t need to know everything already, what matters most is that you can work independently and enjoy learning.

Who are we looking for?

This is a senior role. As a guideline, we’re thinking of more than 7 years of experience in software development.

Practical

• At least 2 days per week working from Mechelen

• The remaining days you may work from home (but don’t have to)
