About Dexxter

We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join us on our mission

More than 12,000 entrepreneurs are already managing their own bookkeeping with Dexxter. They’re doing great and are very satisfied, but sometimes they still have questions or uncertainties. That’s where you come in. Together with our customer success team, you’ll guide and reassure our customers, making their lives easier every step of the way.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions via email and chat

  • Write helpful guides, articles, and FAQs

  • Train and improve our AI chatbot

  • Collaborate daily with our 4-person customer success team

  • Share feedback to help us make Dexxter even better and more user-friendly

  • (Optional, over time) Host product demos or webinars for customers
