  • Scope: We’re looking for a copywriter. Not just a wordsmith. A sharp thinker. A builder of stories. Someone who reads a brief and sees sparks. Someone who keeps that spark alive through the process and makes our brand shine on every touchpoint.

  • Language requirement: Fluent in both Dutch and English

  • Location: Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid/on-site working model

We Are Looking for a Creative Copywriter to Join us

At Teamleader, we build business software for small to medium sized businesses as well as agencies across Europe. And we need someone who can craft the words that move them. Get them to click, scroll, and remember.

  • You take a brief and challenge it. You then run with it — fast and far. Be it for a marketing campaign, a product launch or a brand event. 

  • Work with designers, marketers, and campaign leads to shape ideas from start to finish.

  • Come up with creative angles, hooks, and concepts that make people stop mid-scroll.

  • Your headlines snap. They bite. They move. You just do it quoi.

  • Long copy doesn’t scare you. You write landing pages that click and messaging frameworks that stick.

  • You script social videos that say more with less.

  • Guard our tone of voice like a shepherd watches his sheep.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • You’ve been around the block. 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing team have shaped you into the copywriting giant you are today

  • An impressive resume is fine. But it’s your portfolio that walks the talk

  • Your left brain talks to your right brain — you unleash your creativity to achieve strategic goals

  • Work well with others — designers, marketers, whoever’s in the room. Get the idea off the ground

  • Don’t take a brief at face value. Ask the tough questions. Find the truth that matters

  • Think big, write sharp. Be bold, but never lose sight of why it matters

  • Speak and write in Dutch and English like you mean it. German? That’s a welcome extra
