Who are we and why should you care?

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium and since 2022, part of the Visma Group. Our goal is to automate and simplify work for small and medium European businesses. With Teamleader Focus, we simplify work for small businesses by offering an all-in-one solution for CRM, project management and invoicing. Teamleader Orbit, acquired in 2019, focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. In 2022, we acquired Vectera, which provided our Customer Meeting add-on. We're looking for a Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to join us on our mission

As a Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager at Teamleader:

  • You work on a content strategy for Teamleader Focus to help us decide what topics we should be covering and how to translate them into both paid and organic channels.

  • You are responsible for marketing campaigns running in Belgium and the Netherlands.
    • You are in charge of the budget for campaigns, and make sure we have the best distribution plan possible within that budget.

    • You create briefings for the email marketeer, the paid media manager and the brand studio in order to have all the necessary pieces of the puzzle for the campaign.

    • Based on the distribution plan, you buy the right external media and follow up with these partners to deliver everything correctly.

    • You set budgets, targets and targeting for the paid advertising campaigns together with our paid media manager. You follow up on results and propose changes to the paid campaigns to maximize impact.

    • You make sure these campaigns create business impact for Teamleader Focus by following up on results, analyzing data and spotting opportunities.

    • These marketing campaigns include Work Smarter, Product campaigns and Thought Leadership campaigns such as Het Uur.

  • You are in charge of marketing partnerships in Belgium for Teamleader Focus
    • You understand the Belgian context of SMEs and that in order to grow, Teamleader needs a creative approach in which partnerships with other organizations targeting SMEs is crucial.

    • You report back on trends you see in the market in order to make sure the marketing team is able to create relevant campaigns and content

    • You bring interesting events to the attention of the event manager, and provide local context to help him make decisions. You help the event manager with execution and communication when necessary.

As a key member of our Growth Team, you will own our growth targets for the Belgian market. You are able to communicate to the rest of the team about targets so they are inspired to contribute.

Why others chose Teamleader: we're lively, not corporate

The result: a team of both young and seasoned professionals led by supportive and approachable managers who give recognition and rewards for hard work. • An extensive training budget

  • A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.

  • You can work in our office (either in Ghent or Amsterdam) around 1-2 days per week.

  • You have at least 3 years experience managing Marketing campaigns, strategy for the campaigns, analyse and optimise campaign performance.

  • You have experience building media plans on various platforms, not just on digital platforms, e.g. physical events, on radio, social media channels etc.

  • You are not afraid to reach out to people to set up partnerships and are happy to be a spokesperson for our organisation. You are happy to work closely with parties such as UNIZO, JCI, VOKA…

  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to and negotiate with our partners to achieve a win-win situation.

  • You are used to working on different projects at once and are not afraid to juggle multiple responsibilities. You know how to prioritize, and are happy to work towards targets.

  • You are a team player and can motivate others to go for a common goal.

  • You understand digital marketing well enough to have relevant conversations with your peers and external agencies (eg. email marketing experts, SEA expert, paid social Expert, SEO expert). We expect you to challenge them in order to take campaigns to a higher level.

  • You have an eye for detail.
