Role: Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager (Temporary - Maternity Leave Cover)
Scope: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Campaign & Partnership Manager to temporarily join our marketing team while a key team member is on maternity leave. This is a vital role focused on driving lead-generating marketing campaigns and managing strategic partnerships to increase our brand presence and business impact. In some companies, this role is known as a Field Marketeer: a hybrid of strategy and execution with close collaboration across teams and partners.
Timing: September 2025 - mid February 2026
Level: Medior / Senior
Language requirement: Fluent in both Dutch and English
Location: Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid/on-site working model

We Are Looking for a Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships Manager to Join us
As a Partnership & Campaign Manager at Teamleader:
You plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals. Your main focus will be our e-invoicing campaign.
Manage budgets, timelines, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans in collaboration with content, design, and digital teams
Coordinate the creation of campaign assets including landing pages, emails, ads, and social media posts
Based on the distribution plan, you buy the right external media and follow up with these partners to deliver everything correctly.
Collaborate with sales to ensure campaign leads are high-quality and properly nurtured
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed
You are in charge of marketing partnerships in Belgium for Teamleader Focus
Manage co-marketing activities with marketing partners and third-party organizations (including digital and physical events, advertising and content marketing)
Follow up on partnership agreements
Build a good relationship with our marketing partners in order to maximize the impact from these partnerships.
Report back on market trends
You forecast, analyse results, and report on performance.

Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role if you:
You are fluent in both English and Dutch (hard requirement).
You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or field marketing
You have a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
You have strong communication and project management skills
You are not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to, and negotiate with our partners to achieve a win-win situation.
