We're looking for a Brand Studio Manager to join us on our mission

Are you a creative leader who thrives on building brands that stand out? As the leader of the creative powerhouse within Teamleader’s marketing team, you'll be the guardian of our brand while pushing creative boundaries in the B2B space.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, inspire and coach our creative team (design, copy, video), fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative culture.

  • Own and evolve our brand identity and strategy, ensuring strong and consistent brand attribution across all touchpoints.

  • Translate marketing briefings into engaging creative campaigns that generate demand and attract customers.

  • Provide creative direction and feedback, pushing for bold, high-quality work that cuts through the noise.

  • Balance strategy with execution, jumping in when needed to get things done.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing and beyond to bring ideas to life in a way that resonates with our audience.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 1 year leading a team.

  • A strong background in brand identity—you know how to build and maintain a brand that customers love.

  • Excellence in providing creative direction and mentoring team members to produce their best work.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and ability to build distinctive brand experiences.

  • A team-player mindset, thriving in collaboration rather than working in a silo. You’ll work in tandem with a PM who brings order to chaos.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.

  • A hands-on approach—you're not afraid to get involved in the execution when needed.

  • Experience in an agency setting or entrepreneurial experience is a plus!
