We're looking for a Business Developer to join us on our mission

As a Business Developer - Vectera at Teamleader, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth for Vectera by connecting with the accountancy sector, building lasting relationships, and representing our solutions at the forefront of the industry. Your efforts will directly impact how we expand and refine our offerings to meet market needs.

  • Build relationships: Spend your time on the road meeting potential new Vectera accountants, nurturing relationships, and creating lasting partnerships.

  • Spot opportunities: Continuously identify and source high-potential prospects to keep the sales funnel thriving.

  • Own the pipeline: Manage and forecast your sales pipeline with precision and clarity.

  • Be the face of Vectera: Represent us at monthly industry events, showcasing our solutions, making connections, and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Grow your network: Develop strong relationships with key players in the accountancy sector, creating strategic partnerships.

  • Connect market insights to action: Act as the link between the market and our product team, delivering valuable feedback to refine and enhance our offerings.

  • Collaborate creatively: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that fuel growth and drive results.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have a flexible mindset: You’re comfortable with a schedule that adapts to the flow of events, campaigns, and opportunities, understanding that some activities may occur outside traditional office hours.

  • Bring relevant experience: You have 3-4 years of professional experience, with a background in the accountancy sector being a major plus.

  • Exude entrepreneurial energy: You’re driven, proactive, and excited to help scale a startup product to new heights.

  • Are multilingual: Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and French is a bonus.

  • Work well with others: You’re a collaborative team player, skilled at working with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
