Scope: Expand Teamleader’s footprint in the German market through proactive business development.
Level: Junior/medior
Language requirement: German (native/ bilingual) and English (fluent)
Location: Germany, Belgium, Amsterdam or remote

This is a unique opportunity to help expand Teamleader’s German footprint — from first customer contact to a successful start — with the potential to grow into a full-cycle sales or onboarding expert.

We're looking for a Business Development & Customer Onboarding Specialist to join us on our mission
As a Business Developer & Customer Onboarding Specialist at Teamleader, you’ll play a key role in growing Teamleader’s footprint in Germany while ensuring new customers start their journey with us on the right track. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Drive Growth: Spot opportunities and build partnerships to expand Teamleader’s presence in Germany.
Generate Leads: Develop smart strategies to fill your sales pipeline and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Seamless Onboarding: Guide new German customers through onboarding, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform, also deliver personalized sessions to integrate our solution into clients’ workflows effortlessly.
Be the voice of the Customer: Collect feedback and share insights to shape our product for the German market.
Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams for a cohesive approach.
Track Success: Monitor KPIs, adjust tactics, and exceed targets like a pro.

Job requirements
You’d be a great match if you:
Are fluent in German (native/bilingual level) and professional in English.
Have 1+ year of experience in business development, SDR, sales, etc.
Are passionate about sales and love talking to people. You’re a natural at building relationships and identifying needs.
Are tech-savvy, familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and cloud-based applications.
Are persistent, proactive, entrepreneurial and ready to experiment with new approaches.
Love working in a collaborative environment and bring your own entrepreneurial mindset.
