About Dexxter

Founded in 2021 by accountant Giel Thomas, IT expert Robbe Claessens, and marketer Stan De Pauw, Dexxter helps over 10,000 Belgian sole proprietors handle their own bookkeeping — some independently, others in close collaboration with their accountant.

In November 2024, Dexxter became part of Teamleader, the Ghent-based SaaS scale-up (and Belgian tech pride). Dexxter now operates as an independent brand under the Teamleader umbrella, with a 15-person team based near Mechelen Station.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join Dexxter, one of the fastest-growing solutions for freelancers and accountants in Belgium. You'll build strong relationships with accounting firms, guide them through the Dexxter platform, and turn opportunities into long-term, impactful collaborations.

Although you’ll be working within the broader Teamleader group, your day-to-day focus will be fully on Dexxter.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Start with 400+ warm leads waiting for your expert guidance

  • Analyze their needs and demonstrate Dexxter’s added value

  • Build long-term partnerships and help offices use the platform effectively

  • Represent Dexxter and Teamleader at events and trade shows

  • Collect field feedback and share it with our product team

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • You have 3–5 years of sales experience in the accountancy sector

  • You’re excited to help grow an ambitious product

  • You spot opportunities—and seize them

  • You work independently but enjoy being part of a team

  • You adapt easily when priorities shift

  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English
