Role: Account Manager at Dexxter
Scope: You’ll build strong relationships with accountants, connect them to the Dexxter platform, and drive growth by turning opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Level: Medior–Senior (this is not a management position)
Location: Ghent, Mechelen & hybrid

About Dexxter
Dexxter was founded in 2021 by accountant Giel Thomas, IT expert Robbe Claessens, and marketer Stan De Pauw. Four years later, over 10,000 Belgian sole proprietors handle their own bookkeeping using the platform—some in collaboration with their accountant.
Since November 2024, Dexxter has continued its exponential growth as part of Teamleader, Belgium’s SaaS pride based in Ghent. Dexxter remains a separate entity within Teamleader. The 15-person team works from an office near Mechelen Station.
Help accountants grow
Accountants are facing staff shortages and often have to turn away clients. At the same time, self-employed professionals struggle to find affordable accounting support. Dexxter bridges this gap—and as an Account Manager, you’ll be the one making that difference.
With over 10,000 paying users and 400 partner accountants, Dexxter is making bookkeeping simpler and more efficient. Your mission? Help even more accountants join and get the most out of the platform.
How you’ll make an impact:
Start with 400+ warm leads waiting for your expert guidance
Analyze their needs and demonstrate Dexxter’s added value
Build long-term partnerships and help offices use the platform effectively
Represent Dexxter and Teamleader at events and trade shows
Collect field feedback and share it with our product team

You have 3–5 years of sales experience in the accountancy sector
