  • Scope: Build and nurture relationships with accountants, connect them to Dexxter’s platform, and drive growth by turning opportunities into successful partnerships.

  • Level: Medior - Senior

  • Language requirement: Fluent in both English and Dutch 

  • Location: Ghent or Mechelen, Belgium with hybrid/on-site working model

  • Timing: ASAP

We're looking for an Account Manager to join us on our mission

Dexxter, part of Teamleader, makes self-accounting simple and affordable for Belgian sole traders—a growing group of entrepreneurs in need of solutions, not stress. As an Account Manager, you’ll connect accountants with Dexxter and help them empower their customers, all while playing a key role in our growth story.


Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Build relationships: Visit accountant partners, showcase Dexxter’s value, and turn connections into lasting collaborations.

  • Spot opportunities: Keep the sales funnel flowing with high-potential prospects.

  • Manage the pipeline: Drive deals forward and keep forecasts accurate.

  • Support success: Help accountants onboard customers onto Dexxter and get the most out of our platform.

  • Be visible: Represent Dexxter and Teamleader at industry events—network, showcase, and stay ahead of trends.

  • Bridge the gap: Gather market feedback and share it with our product team to help us improve and innovate.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Have a flexible mindset: You adapt to changing priorities and value mutual flexibility in how we work together.

  • Have 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally with some familiarity in accountancy.

  • Possess the entrepreneurial spirit: You’re driven, proactive, and excited to grow a product with big ambitions.

  • Speak Dutch and English; French is a nice plus.

  • Are a team player: You thrive on collaboration but can run with things independently when needed.
