Location: Remote from Germany, or hybrid from Ghent (Belgium) / Amsterdam (Netherlands)
Scope: New business acquisition and international expansion for Teamleader Orbit
Level: Open to Junior, Medior, and Senior candidates
Language requirement: German (fluent), English (professional level)

You'd be joining the team driving international expansion of Teamleader Orbit, talking daily with decision-makers at marketing and digital agencies across the German-speaking market.
What you'll actually do
Generate and follow up on leads using phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and social selling, we'll train you on all of it
Work with marketing to identify and prioritize the right target accounts
Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives and brief them so every handoff counts
Get hands-on onboarding: our story, our tool, our workflow, and real sales coaching, not just a slide deck
Have your first customer conversations within your first few weeks, and celebrate your first closed deal with the team

Job requirements
What makes you a great fit
Fluent German + solid professional English
Comfortable on the phone, or ready to get comfortable fast, we'll coach you
Genuine curiosity about how agencies work and how to help them run smarter
Some exposure to B2B/outbound sales is a plus, not a requirement, drive matters more
(Bonus, not required: SaaS experience, agency-industry knowledge, CRM tool experience.)
