Role: Customer Onboarding Manager
Scope: Teamleader Orbit is a powerful software platform built specifically for agencies, consultancies and professional services businesses. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll guide customers through the implementation of Teamleader Orbit, working closely with agency owners, operations managers and leadership teams to help them streamline workflows and successfully adopt the platform.

Location: Ghent, Belgium, or Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with hybrid working model

We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join us on our mission
You'll work with growing agencies and consultancies, typically supporting organisations with 35-75+ users and multiple stakeholders across the business.
As a Customer Onboarding Manager for Teamleader Orbit, you:
Lead the onboarding experience: Guide new customers through a smooth, structured implementation within the agreed timeframe, from implementation plan to go-live. You'll analyse customer workflows, align key stakeholders and help customers get the most value from Teamleader Orbit.
Train and drive adoption: Run tailored training sessions across multiple channels, helping customers understand how Teamleader Orbit can improve their processes and deliver long-term value for their business.
Build strong customer partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring they achieve both successful implementation and meaningful business outcomes.
Own multiple projects simultaneously: Manage several onboarding trajectories at different stages, balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
Keep improving: Maintain accurate project documentation, identify opportunities to improve internal processes and share customer insights with the wider team.
Collaborate across teams: Stay closely aligned with Onboarding, Sales, and Support colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and a consistent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Job requirements
What makes you a great fit
You know your way around agencies and entrepreneurship. Talking to business owners, understanding their workflows, and spotting their needs comes naturally.
You have a commercial mindset. You're familiar with B2B sales and consultative selling, can advise business owners at a strategic level, and know how to translate complex challenges into tangible solutions, bringing first value online is second nature to you.
You embrace digital tools. You have a strong affinity with cloud-based and SaaS applications; bonus points for basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
You're open to integrating AI tools into your workflow and see them as a way to work smarter.
You speak fluent Dutch and professional English: essential for serving our Belgian and Dutch clients.
