Who are we and why should you care?
Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up born in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium, and part of the Visma Group since 2022. Our mission? To make work easier, not harder, for small and medium-sized businesses.
Here’s what we bring to the table:
Teamleader Focus: the all-in-one tool that helps small businesses optimise CRM, projects, and invoicing.
Teamleader One: the go-to e-invoicing software that self-employed pros can count on.
We’ve also been growing smarter through strategic acquisitions:
Teamleader Orbit (2019): helping medium-sized agencies thrive and scale.
Vectera (2022): powering seamless customer meetings.
Dexxter (2024): making financial admin a breeze for freelancers.

We Are Looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to Join us
As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the person who makes Teamleader Focus click for our customers. Through video, webinars and creative content, you help them understand not just what the tool does, but how it fits into the way they work.
You create (video) content that educates our customers. Think feature explainers, how-to videos and tutorials that make complex workflows feel simple.
You host webinars and live sessions where customers can see the platform in action, ask questions and walk away knowing exactly how to get more out of it.
You think like a marketer. It's not just about making a video or writing an email, it's about the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment. You think about segmentation, timing and relevance.
You drive adoption and upsell. Success in this role is measured in real outcomes such as feature adoption rates, conversion after webinars, customer engagement and ultimately upsell conversion.
You have a make-it-happen mentality. You take ownership, move fast and don't wait for perfect conditions to get started.
You leverage AI. From dubbing and automated transcriptions to content repurposing and personalization at scale. You actively look for ways to use AI to work smarter and reach more customers without losing the human touch.
You work closely with the rest of the Digital CS team, product, marketing and data to make sure our customers get the most value out of Teamleader Focus.
Why others chose Teamleader: we're lively, not corporate
We have the energy and boldness of a start-up and the expertise and pragmatism of a scale-up. The result: a team of both young and seasoned professionals led by supportive and approachable managers who give recognition and rewards for hard work. You’ll be working in a fast-paced tech environment with open feedback culture and room for initiatives as well as ideas. You’ll have plenty of room to apply your personality, express yourself, and impact our course of action with your insights or ideas.
On top of that, you’ll get:
An extensive training budget.
A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.
A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.
Daily budget-friendly in-house prepared lunch and dinner options (only in our Ghent office), as well as Friyays and numerous sport initiatives!
32 holidays on top of the standard public ones! (based on full-time employment).
Our long-lasting dedication to employee well-being, just take a look at our career page and Instagram to see how we keep the Team(leader) spirit going.
We value diversity
Our ambition is to build and sell a product that helps everyone everywhere (starting with Europe) to work smarter, so we want our team to reflect that. We believe that a diverse, inclusive working environment is crucial to realise that ambition, so we’re committed to continue to build and cherish a culture where every colleague feels welcome, appreciated and heard.
Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role if:
You're not shy in front of a camera. In fact, you're comfortable there.
You're creative and execution-focused. You can go from idea to script to published video without losing momentum. You know your way around tools like Adobe, Loom, Wistia and Livestorm (or you pick them up fast).
You have a background in B2B (customer) marketing.
You're customer oriented and think outside-in. You understand how SMBs work and what their day-to-day challenges look like. You don't just show features, you show how they solve real problems.
You have a commercial mindset. You see content and education not just as a service, but as a driver of adoption and growth.
You've hosted webinars or online sessions before, or you're genuinely excited to start.
You know your way around AI tools and actively explore how they can help you create better content, scale your output and keep the human touch intact.
Experience with Hubspot, Meta and/or LinkedIn advertising is a plus.
