Who are we and why should you care?
Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up born in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium, and part of the Visma Group since 2022. Our mission? To make work easier, not harder, for small and medium-sized businesses.
Here’s what we bring to the table:
Teamleader Focus: the all-in-one tool that helps small businesses optimise CRM, projects, and invoicing.
Teamleader One: the go-to e-invoicing software that self-employed pros can count on.
We’ve also been growing smarter through strategic acquisitions:
Teamleader Orbit (2019): helping medium-sized agencies thrive and scale.
Vectera (2022): powering seamless customer meetings.
Dexxter (2024): making financial admin a breeze for freelancers.

We Are Looking for a AI Community & Project Manager to join us
AI is already changing how our teams work. We want to raise the AI floor across our five brands by turning training into an actual lasting habit change. That's where you come in.
You'll strategically build out the enablement system from scratch. The difference is in the delivery: you're in the room, running hands-on, role-based workshops pitched at the level of each team and focused on their actual issues.
We like moving fast and are looking for around 20+ tailored sessions in the first months.
Key Responsibilities
As a AI Community & Communications Manager at Teamleader you:
Design and run hands-on, role-based AI-acceleration workshops for sales, CS, finance, marketing, support
Coach and guide the team-level AI champions and lab leads so momentum is maintained
Prepare and prioritise the solutions getting built by the Automation team
Build content that scales: use-case library, practical guides, and the AI usage & data-security guidelines our teams keep asking for.
Host weekly AI community engagement initiatives at times and formats that actually fit people's schedules.
Communicate timelines and expectations on AI solutions clearly with stakeholders.
Why others chose Teamleader: we're lively, not corporate
We have the energy and boldness of a start-up and the expertise and pragmatism of a scale-up. The result: a team of both young and seasoned professionals led by supportive and approachable managers who give recognition and rewards for hard work. You’ll be working in a fast-paced tech environment with open feedback culture and room for initiatives as well as ideas. You’ll have plenty of room to apply your personality, express yourself, and impact our course of action with your insights or ideas.
On top of that, you’ll get:
An extensive training budget.
A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working.
A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.
Daily budget-friendly in-house prepared lunch and dinner options (only in our Ghent office), as well as Friyays and numerous sport initiatives!
32 holidays on top of the standard public ones! (based on full-time employment).
Our long-lasting dedication to employee well-being, just take a look at our career page and Instagram to see how we keep the Team(leader) spirit going.
We value diversity
Our ambition is to build and sell a product that helps everyone everywhere (starting with Europe) to work smarter, so we want our team to reflect that. We believe that a diverse, inclusive working environment is crucial to realise that ambition, so we’re committed to continue to build and cherish a culture where every colleague feels welcome, appreciated and heard.
Job requirements
You’d be a great fit for this role if you:
Build your own AI workflows and treat new tools, like vibe coding, as part of your daily habit . AI is your first instinct, not an afterthought.
Hold a room, whether it's a group of sales reps or a room of finance people, and make the content land for both.
Enjoy being around people: a workshop, a check-in with a lab lead, or an update to a stakeholder all energise you rather than drain you.
Think like a project manager: juggle multiple lab owners, turn scattered feedback into a clear, prioritised backlog, and know when to bring in the automation team instead of running another workshop.
Read patterns fast, stay outcome-focused, and speak the language of very different stakeholders without losing the plot.
Know that adoption is behavioural, start from each role's actual pain, and win over the "I don't have time for this" colleague.
Don't mind repeating yourself; staying visible in the same channels is how the community actually forms.
Speak fluent English and Dutch.
