Location: Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid working model (not open for full remote nor relocation)

We're looking for a Web Designer to join us on our mission
As a Web Desginer at Teamleader:
You'll be an integral part of our small but mighty website team, within our Marketing department. Your main responsibilities are:
Maintaining our main marketing website
Creating new elements and ensuring continuous optimisation
Creating mini websites (e.g. https://www.agencybenchmark.eu/ or https://www.worksmarter.be/) and campaign landing pages

Job requirements
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Web Designer
Have a good insight into screen-based design and its challenges
Have knowledge/experience with UX
Have experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD…
Have a component driven approach in your design
Can operate within an existing design system
Have an interest in code (CSS, HTML, Javascript) and how everything works under the hood
Have a customer-centric mindset, you are as critical for the content presented on the website as you are about its infrastructure.
Are fluent in English (written and verbal). Experience designing websites in multiple languages (NL, FR, DE) is an advantage.
Understand the value of clear communications in the hybrid workplace
Experience collaborating in Slack and Jira is a plus!
