Role: Visual storyteller / videographer
Scope: An all-round video professional who can co-create all types of video content for both commercial and in-house use

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. With Teamleader Focus we simplify work for small businesses by offering an all-in-one solution for CRM, project management and invoicing. Teamleader Orbit, acquired in 2019, focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. By joining forces, we became the logical choice for any European business, big or small, that aims to automate and simplify work.
To get the message across with video; we're looking for a videographer to join the Brand Studio:
You'll end up in our Brand Studio. The studio inside an ambitious/growing software company. We are in love with our brand and fully in charge of spreading the gospel of Teamleader. We mostly do that by building campaigns and creating great content. We challenge the status quo in a vivid startup spirit and encourage ownership. Open challenge and feedback are cornerstones of how we do things. We get things done, then analyse to do it better the next time.
You manage all video productions from A to Z. Sometimes that means you hold the camera and/or do editing yourself; other times you outsource.
If we have videos made externally, you validate them to guarantee quality
Your role is vital in delivering how-to videos, video ads, webinars, videos for in-house communication…
You are part of the Brand Studio, our little in-house creative agency. That means you closely work together with i.e. two graphic designers, two copywriters, and two project managers. You discuss projects in short bi-weekly stand-ups.
You take part in brainstorms for e.g. new marketing or employer branding campaigns.

You know how to tell a story with images.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a videographer. You’re eager to learn what you don’t already know.
You can execute a great briefing to perfection, but if something’s missing, you know how to fill in the blanks.
Friends call you with questions about Premiere and After Effects. Experience with Audition is a plus.
You’re not afraid to pitch your own ideas.
You know how to deal with critical feedback.
You have a keen eye for visual details, design and typography.
Knowledge of photography is a big plus!
You like to be behind the camera yourself, for bigger productions you know how to work with freelancers.
You maintain your composure when filming in a live environment.
