You’re opinionated about digital product design and you know how to enthuse others about your ideas.
You’ll be joining Teamleader as UX Designer within one of our feature teams. Together with a product manager and lead developer you will research opportunities for business impact by addressing active customer needs and measure how well your solutions perform.
The team will be counting on you to help elevate our processes, especially how we use data to inform our decisions and measure our success.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketeers and our customer-facing colleagues to spot opportunities and define solutions with a focus on impact
Identify assumptions and coordinate internal & external, qualitative & quantitative efforts to gather these missing insights
Set KPIs and follow up on the performance of your solutions together with your team
Give and solicit feedback from colleagues throughout the organisation (including C-level)
Advocate a user-centered and data-informed way of working
