Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. We offer an all-in-one platform for CRM, project management and invoicing, helping more than thousands of SMEs work smarter. We’re growing at rocket speed, and are enjoying every bit of this rollercoaster ride: in just 2 years, we opened 5 offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and Paris. Our ambition stretches far and beyond: we want to become Europe’s #1 in our industry. Today, our team consists of 180+ people and is still growing strong.

To keep fueling our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Marketer.
What an average work week looks like
Your main responsibility is to (over)achieve the defined marketing targets for the Belgian an Dutch market and generate highly qualified leads. To do so, you keep a close eye on the local marketing budget in the best possible way. Next to lead generation, you’ll also work on brand initiatives to position Teamleader as a likeable, local brand. You proactively initiate bottom-up local campaigns and align with the HQ team on execution.
You localize top-down company-wide campaigns so that they match with the Belgian and Dutch market and work closely together with the marketing teams (Brand, Content, Inbound Marketing and Marketing Technology & Operations) in our HQ in Ghent. What’s more, our events team is at your service to set up local events. You’ll be in charge of online and offline PR for the Belgian market, managing press relations, executing PR strategies and creating content for editorials, thought leadership articles and press releases. Together with the central content marketing team at HQ, you will help to create, localise and distribute content to support the local strategy.
You share knowhow and best practices with the local marketeers from other companies and coordinate with our your own local Sales and Customer Success team to optimize the sales funnel.

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit if you:
Have at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Boast extensive experience in creating, planning, monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Are proficient in Dutch, French and English
Thrive in a fast-growing environment and have a proven track record of outstanding marketing results
Have a solid understanding of SEO, SEA, email marketing and web analytics
Have a strong interest in analysing data and optimizing your marketing strategy accordingly
Have experience in managing social conversations as well as setting up a local PR strategy
Have experience with Hubspot and collaborating with remote teams (big plus)
Fit in nicely with a young and enthusiastic team of marketers
Have a creative mindset and are passionate about the digital revolution
