What an average work week looks like

Your main responsibility is to (over)achieve the marketing targets for the Dutch market and generate highly qualified leads in order to grow revenue. To do so, together with your local marketing colleague, you manage the local marketing budget in the best possible way. Next to lead generation, you’ll also work on brand initiatives to position Teamleader as a likeable, local brand.


Your work is focused around targeting the key customer segments that we have defined and that you will be expected to know the ins and outs of. You will closely work together with another Dutch marketeer. The job consists of a combination of, on the one hand, proactively initiating local campaigns, PR, field marketing activities and managing events and partnerships, both online and offline. On the other hand, the Dutch team partners up with the central brand team and the growth marketing team to localize company-wide campaigns.

The job of our marketeers is a challenging, but dynamic ride every day: keeping up with marketing targets; juggling with different projects at the same time; building knowledge about our customers; launch great marketing initiatives; sharing knowhow with other marketeers, sales or customers success teams; and safeguarding the ROI of marketing investments. Requirements

Sounds like something for you? You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Thrive in a fast-growing environment and have a proven track record of outstanding marketing results

  • Boast extensive experience in creating, planning, monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Have experience with field marketing, such as organising events and establishing partnerships with external stakeholders

  • Have a solid understanding of online marketing (and we don’t mean the basics) and lead gen (acquiring, converting and nurturing high quality leads).

  • Have a strong interest in analysing data and optimizing your marketing strategy accordingly

  • Have experience in applying a go-to-market strategy to different market segments

  • You like challenging the status quo and are not afraid to change the current way of working.

  • You have get-it-done mindset and bring creativity and energy to the team.

  • Fit in nicely with a young and enthusiastic team of marketers

  • Are proficient in Dutch & English.
