As a Sales Executive at Teamleader Focus, you'll advise Dutch-speaking small to medium businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands about their work management software. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.
You'll never, ever come home and say you had “just another day at the office”. You'll talk with many entrepreneurs every day and most of the time, Teamleader Focus is their first step to digitalisation - we really make a difference! You get to know your leads very well in a short period of time and our average sales cycle is 20 days.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll inspire entrepreneurs to digitalise their workflow help them work smarter.
After potential customers activate a 14-day trial, you're their go-to person. You’ll talk with business owners in the SMB market on a daily basis.
You'll host a demo (mostly online) with them and will be responsible for the closing of the sale as well.
You’ll work closely with our Junior Business Developer colleagues who are responsible for planning your sales demos.
We want you to build a relationship with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to. You have a genuine interest in the SMB market and understand the daily challenges of our potential customers.
They’ll see you as an equal business partner. Your main goal is to add value during your conversations and help our leads work smarter.

You love talking with entrepreneurs about their businesses and identify their needs in regards to their workflow and business processes.
You have 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales carried out online.
Positivity and persistence. Your focus will be executing online demos, then perform follow-ups to transform those efforts into successful sales. Positivity is key and you’re not brought down by a difficult interaction.
You strongly believe in technology and have an affinity with cloud-based applications.
You have a laser-focus and self-starter attitude.
You want to grow at a personal and professional level in a competitive environment.
You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English.
