To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a temporary recruiter to join our HQ in Ghent, Belgium for three months, with chance of renewal.

 

This is your responsibility:

  • You actively seek out new colleagues by networking, the use of social media, thinking of creative actions… in order to maintain a full pipeline of talent for HQ and our international offices.

  • You take care of the first contact with applicants and coordinate the process; screenings by phone, interviews, scheduling of meetings with hiring manager, …

  • You have a number of administrative duties that you punctually fulfill, like updating our recruitment tool, requesting the right information/tools for new employees...

  • You work closely together with our HR Business Partners

Requirements

  • You have a proactive work attitude

  • You know how to prioritize and structure your work in order to be efficient.

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
