At Teamleader we have a unique way of achieving great software quality. Quality is the shared responsibility of cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, designers and developers, and the QA Advisor is the centerpoint of inspiration, guidance and support concerning all aspects Quality for these teams.

We don’t want to focus on bug discovery through repetitive manual testing, but rather aim for bug prevention as soon as we start envisioning new features. We start with high-quality requirements and acceptance criteria, in-depth and collaborative grooming sessions and automation-focused testing, as close to the code as possible.

Your role

As a QA Advisor you proactively advise and support the scrum teams, ensuring high quality from the earliest stages of the development process. By nature, you’re driven to understand our product, how our customers use it, and who they are. Over time, you become a true product expert and explore your own ideas to improve product quality even more.

How does your day look like?
