As born creatives, we’re looking for a campaign Project Manager to help us on the organisational part. You will be in charge of coordinating our company's studio. This includes content and campaign coordination and providing input to various team members, external agencies and freelancers.
We are looking for an adventurous and hands-on type, with some experience in delivering marketing projects under their belt, to join our team in Ghent.
You'll end up in our Brand Studio. The studio inside an ambitious/growing software company. We are in love with our brand and fully in charge of spreading the gospel of Teamleader. We mostly do that by building campaigns and creating great content. We challenge the status quo in a vivid startup spirit and encourage ownership. Open challenge and feedback are cornerstones of how we do things. We get things done, then analyse to do it better the next time.

have 5+ years experience in marketing or agencies in a fast-growing environment, and are able to bring a proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
are a master coordinator. You are analytical, have a clear view on what needs to get done and can coordinate the work within a team and across teams.
are a skilled communicator and negotiator who knows how to keep a papertrail.
are not easy to confuse and you are great at thinking on your feet.
are able to oversee a budget for content creation, agencies, and freelancers.
are able to get into in-depth discussions with digital marketers and other specialists in the field.
have proven experiences working with agile project management systems, i.e. Asana, Jira or Trello.
thrive in a fast-moving environment and are able to manage short term deadlines and plan ahead for what’s to come.
are fluent in Dutch and in English. Fluent French is a nice plus.
