We're looking for a Project & Content Manager to join us on our mission

Are you a proactive and highly organised individual passionate about managing marketing projects? We are looking for a Project & Content Manager to join our team in either Ghent or Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing various projects within our marketing department. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects within the marketing department, ensuring they are executed on time and meet their objectives.

  • Take ownership of the "Agency Life" content program, coordinating activities across multiple countries to ensure its success. You’ll be the go-to person for external agencies to ensure an efficient way of working between the internal and external teams.

  • Report and analyse the progress of our content programs, and provide updates to the studio lead. Additionally, discuss actions for improvement and challenge the status quo.

  • Work closely with the Brand Studio Manager to define project plans and strategies. Collaborate with the team lead to schedule and prioritise tasks for the upcoming weeks. You’ll identify possible planning issues or improvements within processes.

  • Content Management: utilise Craft CMS to ensure all content is accurately presented on our website, maintaining consistency and quality.

  • Act as the go-to person for incoming project requests, ensuring our creative team receives comprehensive briefings to deliver high-quality results.

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to coordinate brand initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.

Why others chose Teamleader: we're lively, not corporate

We have the energy and boldness of a start-up and the expertise and pragmatism of a scale-up. The result: a team of both young and seasoned professionals led by supportive and approachable managers who give recognition and rewards for hard work. You’ll be working in a fast-paced tech environment with open feedback culture and room for initiatives as well as ideas. You’ll have plenty of room to apply your personality, express yourself, and impact our course of action with your insights or ideas.

On top of that, you’ll get:

  • An extensive training budget

  • A hybrid working model: a pleasant mix of office and home working. Find out more here.

  • A personal tooling budget, to make working from home as comfortable as from our offices.

  • Daily budget-friendly in-house prepared lunch and dinner options, as well as Free Food Fridays, Friyays and numerous sport initiatives!

  • 32 holidays on top of the standard public ones! (based on full-time employment)

We value diversity

Our ambition is to build and sell a product that helps everyone everywhere (starting with Europe) to work smarter, so we want our team to reflect that. We believe that a diverse, inclusive working environment is crucial to realise that ambition, so we’re committed to continue to build and cherish a culture where every colleague feels welcome, appreciated and heard.

Job requirements

You'll be a great fit for this role if you are:

  • Proactive: demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.

  • Excellent at planning and have great organisational skills to keep projects on track and within deadlines. We work with Jira to process incoming requests. This way we keep the overview of projects.

  • Experienced in coordinating Marketing Projects or have a link to Marketing.

  • Able to issue resolution: be adept at flagging and resolving issues as they arise during project execution.

  • Proficiency in English (must). Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, and an understanding of French or German is a plus.

  • Motivated: show strong motivation and enthusiasm for the role and the projects you manage.

  • Knowledgeable in Content management systems. Craft CMS is a big plus.

  • A team player. We work in a high-paced environment so we need to ensure we anticipate on upcoming projects and prioritise with the team lead where needed.
