To keep fueling our growth, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
This is what you'll do
You are the voice of the customer for the development of one of our Teamleader modules (invoicing, projects, calendar, Marketplace...)
In this capacity:
You will collaborate with engineering and design teams on the best implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule to regularly ship new, impactful features.
You will work closely with product marketing, customer success, external developers, integration partners and users to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize customers’ needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed technical specifications.
You will conduct implementation decisions with a focus on usability, quality and ease-of-use to deliver the greatest value to our customers.
You will effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders, external partners and integrators to align ideas, processes and visions.

This is who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
You have excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
You are a strong team player with experience working in agile methodologies with technical teams.
You are able to make and communicate tough business decisions in a compelling way.
You are able to think strategically and communicate a product vision.
You are a good speaker and can communicate effectively with people from different levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders.
You have experience with SAAS, financial applications and/or CRM.
You have experience in working with API’s and with building integrations
You can work independently and handle responsibility well.
As a plus, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to translate ideas into feasible action points.
