What we are looking for

We are looking to hire a performance marketing lead who will be in charge of leading our company's performance marketing efforts. You will be responsible for providing guidance to our performance team by developing and evaluating marketing tactics; your main responsibilities will be, planning of online, offline media and owned channels, developing campaigns and building our marketing automation tactics to build our brand and drive our lead acquisition. 

The team you’ll be leading is the spearhead of our growth. You will be working closely together with other marketing teams; brand, product and, field to develop one consistent story across the board, you will report to the head of growth. Additionally, you will work together with sales to help align our tactics and company goals.

We are looking for an adventurous and hands-on intrapreneur, who has had a first successful experience leading a marketing team, to join our team in Ghent.

Requirements

Sounds interesting? You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing in a fast-growing environment, ideally in a SaaS company, and are able to bring a proven track record of outstanding marketing results with a focus on lead generation.
  • Have experience leading and growing a digital marketing team. You know the ins-and-outs of bringing all digital skills together.
  • You are the kind of person who can translate strategy and tactics into reality, you know how to motivate a team, you get things done.
  • Have a very good understanding of marketing acquisition tactics; acquiring, converting and nurturing high-quality leads, across online and offline channels.
  • You are used to managing a media and discretionary budget, and know-how to allocate and prioritize cost.
  • Your native language is online marketing, however, you master offline as a second language. You know how to deliver one story and the same experience.
  • You are data-driven and outcome-oriented. You understand marketing and business metrics and use them to steer and prioritize your projects and actions.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are able to manage short term targets and plan ahead for what’s to come. Such an environment only gives you more energy.
  • You are a master coordinator. You are analytical, have a clear view on what needs to get done and can coordinate the work within a team and across teams.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch and you are fluent in English, and preferably also in French. You have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are a solid communicator and understand the importance of sharing our marketing plans across marketing teams and sales.
  • You are not afraid to be challenged, are open-minded and you continuously look to learn from others.
