What you'll be doing: 

We're currently a happy team of 170 employees and counting. Based in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Portugal. To make sure that every colleague's administration is in order, we're looking for a Payroll Administrator who knows his/her way around numbers and confidential information.  As a Payroll administrator you'll form a team with Ilse, our Payroll Manager. 

As a Payroll Administrator you:

  • make sure that new colleagues feel immediately at home by making sure that all the papers are in order before they start. 
  • manage all subscriptions (public transport, mobile phone, insurances,...) 
  • maintain employee records and keep them up to date 
  • process sick leave notes, other absences and all payroll related administration 
  • support monthly payroll (checking leave balances and absences, list and adjust employee changes in the payroll portal, list public transport tickets, review payslips,...) 
  • you support our HR colleagues with administration (drafting contracts, follow-up contract renewals, preparing salary letters and VCP letters,.. 
  • you document and update payroll workflows in the internal information system
  • ...
