We're looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join us on our mission

In today’s market, most new business relationships start with a challenge, an interest, a first touch, a keyword search, a click. When that happens, we want to stand out of the crowd. You know what it takes to make that happen.

As a Paid social media Manager at Teamleader, you will:

  • own our paid social media strategy (Linkedin, meta, Youtube and TikTok), budget and setting up and optimizing campaigns successfully across our key markets (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany), including bid strategy, competitive, CPL/CPA optimisation etc for all of our products.

  • You have a deep understanding of which assets work best on which channel, and are able to distill learnings from existing campaigns to brief our internal studio when making new assets.

  • drive the continuous improvement of our paid social campaigns return on investment in light of our country and product-based business objectives.

  • work closely with business stakeholders to show them the contribution of paid social marketing to overall business growth.

  • always be scouting and researching your field of expertise to make sure we apply the latest methods and insights to our programs.

  • proactively share insights in lead and prospect behaviors to inform planning and targeting of our strategy and tactical execution.

  • be part of the Growth team and work closely with peers focused on go-to-market, research, brand, messaging, content, organic, SEO/SEA and web to drive alignment between paid social and other channels of lead generation and lead intake. For example:

    • you'll be working with local marketeers to mix the right local flavours;

    • you'll work closely together with our in-house Brand Studio for assets and distribution

    • you'll work together with your website team to build the right landing pages and support in A/B testing.

    • with the right insights from Data & Operations you'll be able to optimize our paid social performance analytics and dashboarding.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you are:

  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience owning paid social for a B2B organization.

  • are an expert in LinkedIn, Youtube, Meta and Tiktok. Experience with other social networks and Youtube advertising is also a plus.

  • are crazy for social, and know how to connect our paid strategy to our organic strategy and can advise the team on the right content and audience strategy relevant to Teamleader’s business reality.

  • have proven experience running competitive programs in paid social media and experienced the complexities of account based marketing as well as inbound lead generation through social media.

  • are fluent in Dutch and business fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.

  • are a good communicator and can translate complex campaign execution in easy to understand business impact cases, with a hands-on approach.
