We're looking for a Paid Media Manager to join us on our mission.

In today’s market, most new business relationships start with a challenge, an interest, a first touch, a keyword search, a click. When that happens, we want to stand out of the crowd. You know what it takes to make that happen.


As a Paid media Manager at Teamleader, you will: 

  • own our paid media strategy (SEA, paid social), budget and execution across our key markets (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany), including keywords, bid strategy, competitive, CPL/CPA optimisation etc.

  • drive the continuous improvement of our SEA return on investment in light of our country and product-based business objectives.

  • work closely with business stakeholders to show them the contribution of search engine marketing and paid media to overall business growth.

  • always be scouting and researching your field of expertise to make sure we apply the latest methods and insights to our programs. 

  • proactively share insights in lead and prospect behaviors to inform planning and targeting of our strategy and tactical execution.

  • drive the expansion of SEA and develop innovative buying and search strategies to optimize and expand our SEA activities (based on A/B testing and evaluation of new advertising opportunities).

  • be part of the Growth team and work closely with peers focused on go-to-market, research, brand, messaging, content, organic, SEO and web to drive alignment between SEA/paid and other channels of lead generation and lead intake. For example: 

    • you'll be working with local marketeers to mix the right local flavours;

    • you'll work closely together with our in-house Brand Studio for assets and distribution 

    • you'll work together with your website team to build the right landing pages and support in A/B testing. 

    • with the right insights from Data & Operations you'll be able to optimize our paid media performance analytics and dashboarding.

Requirements

You would be a great fit for this role, if you...

  • have a minimum of 4 years of experience owning Search Engine Marketing for a B2B organization.

  • are an expert in Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Meta.

  • are a Google algorithm nutjob, but you know how to connect it to search behavior and audience strategy relevant to Teamleader’s business reality.

  • have proven experience running competitive programs in SEA and paid media.

  • are fluent in Dutch and/or French and business fluent in English (written and verbal).
