We're looking for an Office Representative to join us in our mission

As a Office Representative at Teamleader:

You’re the go-to person for our colleagues in our Amsterdam office and ensure everything office related is running smoothly
You own the day-to-day office operations, including - but not limited to - maintenance, supplies management, and equipment upkeep
You support in travel and expense administration
You support our HR team in employee experience initiatives and a variety of administrative tasks
You take the initiative, together with the Office team, to create an office representing our culture, a place where everyone feels at home

You’d be a great fit for this role, if:

You’re an excellent communicator - friendly, yet confident - fluent in both Dutch (this is a must) and English.
You’re a quick thinker and a fast learner. With your ability to structure and prioritize, multitasking isn’t a problem for you.
You’re known for your incredible organizational skills and you have an eye for detail.
You're comfortable with technology, not afraid to troubleshoot and thrive in an IT-minded environment
