We are looking for an office manager for a temporary assignment from mid April till the end of August. Interested? Keep on reading!

Do you believe you are the person we are looking for? Well if you are, you will be responsible for;

  • You are responsible for the front desk and the welcoming of our customers and new employees
  • You are responsible for booking all kind of travel tickets for our employees to come to HQ or to go to other offices
  • You coordinate the planning of residencies for employees coming to HQ
  • You order laptops, bikes, badges ... all material needed for new employees
  • You provide inventory and ordering of office supplies
