We are looking for a new office manager to lead the office team. Together with them, you’ll manage the reception desk, organise internal events, take charge in controlling budgets and make sure that all office related processes run smoothly.
You’re experienced in working for a large office and will get the opportunity to take responsibility for offices in local markets as well. You’re a positive thinker who likes to communicate and comes up with creative solutions easily.
Leading the office team: together with our office assistant and facility officer, you’ll manage everything related to day-to-day office operations and internal events.
Ensure everything in the office is running smoothly and own day-to-day office operations, including - but not limited to - maintenance, supplies and equipment.
Manage the reception desk, meaning greeting guests and distributing mail will be in your range of duties.
Work together with the HR and marketing team to implement and maintain office procedures, trainings for new colleagues and plan internal events.
Create and maintain budgets in collaboration with the accounting team, as well as managing travel and expense platforms.
Take initiative to create an office representing our culture, a place where everyone feels at home. You’ll collaborate with local offices to ensure all spaces ooze the same atmosphere.
You have at least three years of office experience and are fully aware of what our day-to-day events look like, including internal and external meetings or job interviews.
You’re an excellent communicator - friendly, but assertive - in both Dutch and English. Basic knowledge of French is also a plus.
You’re a quick thinker and a fast learner. With your ability to structure and prioritise, multitasking isn’t a problem.
You have experience with leading a small team and know how to motivate and engage people
You’re able to survive in a digital company and have good IT skills.
You don’t mind being a bit flexible and understand we sometimes host early morning breakfast or evening events.
You are pro active, enjoy taking responsibility and always look for improvement.
Experience in a scale-up is a plus.
