  • Are still reading at this point, you’re probably the colleague that we’re looking for!

  • Are passionate about data and bringing out concrete analyses to help the marketing department;

  • Have good knowledge about digital marketing, what it entails and how a (digital) marketing department works. You have a strong interest in the marketing side of the business and are hungry to learn and look for more;

  • Create actionable insight and understanding of web behaviour through the implementation of a clear event tracking & utm tagging strategy to cater to our marketing data objectives.

  • Are skilled at SQL and have a hands-on experience with data visualization tools. Experience with Looker is a big plus;

  • Can analyze and synthesize large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly;

  • Possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

  • Are a self-starter with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude, not afraid of promoting your ideas. You are eager to make your mark inside Teamleader;

  • Are fluent in English, and have strong communication skills which means you are Able to interact across stakeholders at all levels;

  • Experience with Redshift and/or Python are a big plus, as well as affinity with SaaS marketing processes.

Do you believe you are the person we are looking for? Well if you are, you will be responsible for;

  • Develop our marketing measurement strategy and launching the necessary dashboarding for every team to follow up on their contributions via daily, weekly or monthly KPIs.

  • Our marketing reporting; provide the marketing organisation with information to make decisions and adjust course by delivering correct data tracking, actionable insights and your ability to communicate your findings.

  • Automating business processes for scale; creating algorithms & tools with the goal of business automation and growth. An example would be automating ppc bidding.

  • Managing and owning the marketing analytics tool stack: owning marketing data tools and working closely together with our central BI team to enrich the data available in our data warehouse and internal BI tool, relevant for marketing.

  • Performing ad hoc marketing or channel analyses, in order to measure and improve performance.

  • Educating the marketing team on how to use our data tool stack, Looker, Google Analytics, and understanding the data behind it. Advocating the importance of correct tracking. Educating how to track actions correctly, enabling teams to setup and implement the tracking of recurring marketing actions themselves.
