You are the main responsible for improving our conversion ratio from lead to MQL. This is an expert individual contributor role within the Growth Marketing team. As our go-to marketing automation person, you will own and shape the architecture of our email and nurture programs. Working closely with peers in the Sales, Data, Operations and Growth teams, you are responsible for the deployment of HubSpot campaigns to generate inbound marketing leads and for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation, lead retargeting on social media through Hubspot audiences and data analysis.

Sounds interesting? You would be a great fit if you:
You have at least 4+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing in a fast-growing environment, ideally in a SaaS company, and are able to bring a proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
You are a T-shaped marketer: you not only have a demonstrable experience in HubSpot, but also have a strong digital marketing background
Expertise in integrated email marketing campaign planning and workflows
Analytical and data-driven approach
Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
You speak English fluently (Dutch or French are a plus). You have strong communication skills which means you are able to interact across stakeholders at all levels.
